Description
Belarus is a police state county. Elections are quite suspicious there (even Belarus' leader Lukashenko makes jokes about that), and almost non-existing position.
To put in perspective here are some dates:
1991 - Independence from USSR (flag above is introduced)
1994 - Alexander Lukashenko become a president of Belarus and is till now. Lukashenko had changed the flag from one above (without text of course) to flag that was used by Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic, without USSR's symbol. upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia… .
As for the flag it was introduced in 1918 when Belarus was independent for less then 2 years.

Wy ludzie zapominacie że to istnieje takie coś jak nie ingerowanie w sprawy nie swojego państwa. Problemy jakie noszą rządy łukaszenki są wyłącznie do rozwiązania przez samych białorusinów a nie przez ludzi tworzących znaczki które właściwie niczego nie wnoszą. Każdy naród powinien zająć się sprawami własnego państwa nie ważne czy to są polacy, rosjanie czy inni. Każdy musi zająć się własnym państwem i własnymi problemami.
